Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Slab5, a product of Shikha Labs LLC. By accessing or using Slab5, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. Service provider
Slab5 is provided by Shikha Labs LLC. References to “Slab5,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Shikha Labs LLC and the Slab5 service. References to “you” and “your” mean the person or organization using Slab5.
2. The Slab5 service
Slab5 is a workspace-native operational backend for apps and AI agents. The service may include workspaces, modules, REST APIs, MCP tools, CRM, CMS, tasks, support, files, integrations, analytics governance, audit logs, usage metering, billing controls, and related web dashboard features.
3. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. If you use Slab5 for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace, API keys, MCP clients, OAuth grants, and users you authorize.
4. Workspaces, credentials, and agents
Slab5 workspaces are operational boundaries for data, modules, credentials, audit logs, usage records, and billing controls. You are responsible for configuring workspace permissions, API key scopes, MCP client scopes, OAuth grants, and agent access. You should not grant an AI agent or integration more access than it needs.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit to Slab5. You grant Shikha Labs LLC the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, and operate the service for you. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and permissions associated with data you submit.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Slab5 to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- store or transmit malware, harmful code, or abusive traffic;
- attempt unauthorized access to Slab5 or third-party systems;
- circumvent usage limits, billing controls, security controls, or rate limits;
- send spam, phishing, deceptive, or unlawful communications;
- process highly sensitive regulated data unless we have agreed to appropriate terms in writing.
7. APIs, MCP tools, and integrations
You are responsible for applications, agents, scripts, MCP clients, API consumers, webhooks, and integrations connected to Slab5. We may apply limits, suspend credentials, throttle traffic, or disable integrations that create security, reliability, abuse, or billing risk.
8. Beta features
Slab5 may include beta, preview, experimental, or private beta features. These features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued. Beta features are provided for evaluation and may not be suitable for production workloads unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Fees, billing, and taxes
Paid plans, included credits, prepaid credits, usage charges, spend caps, limits, and subscription terms are described on Slab5 pricing pages or in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for fees and applicable taxes. Billing and cancellation terms are further described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Slab5 if you violate these Terms, create security or operational risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using Slab5 at any time. Certain data may remain in backups, logs, audit records, or records we are required to keep for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes.
11. Intellectual property
Shikha Labs LLC owns Slab5, including the service, software, APIs, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and related technology. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may provide feedback, and we may use that feedback without restriction or obligation.
12. Third-party services
Slab5 may interoperate with third-party services, identity providers, payment processors, hosting providers, agent clients, or other integrations. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
13. Disclaimers
Slab5 is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for evaluating whether Slab5 is appropriate for your use case.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shikha Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Slab5 will not exceed the amount you paid to us for Slab5 during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if you did not pay for Slab5.
15. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Shikha Labs LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your data, your use of Slab5, your integrations or agents, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in California for disputes relating to these Terms or Slab5, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Slab5 after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
