Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid Slab5 subscriptions and credits provided by Shikha Labs LLC, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

1. Subscription cancellation

When a paid Slab5 subscription is canceled, the account keeps paid plan limits until the end of the current billing period. Included monthly credits remain available during that billing period and expire at period end. Purchased prepaid credits remain available on the account balance and carry forward unless otherwise required by law or separately agreed in writing. Refund requests and billing questions can be sent to support@slab5.com.

2. Included monthly credits

Included monthly credits are subscription benefits for the applicable billing period. They are not cash, stored value, or a bank balance. Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, unused included monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period and are not refundable.

3. Purchased prepaid credits

Purchased prepaid credits remain available on the account balance and carry forward unless otherwise required by law or separately agreed in writing. Prepaid credits may be subject to product limits, account standing, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and service availability.

4. Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To request a refund, email support@slab5.com or contact us at https://www.slab5.com/contact. Please include the account email, workspace or organization name, invoice or charge date, and a short explanation of the request.

5. Non-refundable items

Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, setup fees, implementation fees, managed service fees, used credits, expired included credits, and charges for consumed usage are not refundable.

6. Failed payments and paused usage

If payment fails, credits are exhausted, or plan limits are reached, Slab5 may pause billable usage while preserving access to billing recovery, dashboard visibility, credential revocation, audit review, and data reduction controls where supported.

7. Plan changes

Plan upgrades, downgrades, spend cap changes, and entitlement changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing period depending on the product flow and billing provider behavior. Any specific terms shown at checkout or in a written agreement control over this general policy.
